Here's the thing to keep in mind: Betrixaban (Bevyxxa) is already a blood thinner. It blocks factor Xa, a key step your body uses to form clots. Nattokinase has its own mild clot-busting and blood-thinning activity, so stacking the two means you're pushing in the same direction. That can add up to a higher chance of bleeding, like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or, more rarely, serious internal bleeding.

Now, the evidence here is on the weaker side. It comes mostly from lab studies plus one case report of brain bleeding when nattokinase was added to aspirin. That's not proof it will happen to you, but with a clot-preventing drug like this, I'd play it safe. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't change your Betrixaban on your own.
