Here's the simple version: clevidipine is a powerful IV blood pressure medicine used in the hospital, usually for someone whose pressure needs to come down quickly. Nattokinase, on its own, may nudge blood pressure down a little too. So the concern here is just additive, two things pushing in the same direction could lower your pressure more than expected.

If that happened, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, or notice a faster heartbeat. The good news is this is a theoretical concern based on how the two work, not strong proof. And clevidipine is given in a monitored setting where the team adjusts the dose closely. Still, tell your care team about any supplements like nattokinase so nothing catches them off guard.
