Clevidipine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Adrafinil interacts with.

Theoretically, adrafinil might reduce the effects of antihypertensive drugs.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to increase diastolic and systolic blood pressure. Retrospective analyses show that patients taking modafinil had a small but increased rate of requiring new antihypertensive drugs or increased use of antihypertensive drugs when compared with placebo.

Here's the thing to know about pairing adrafinil with clevidipine. Clevidipine (Cleviprex) is a fast-acting IV calcium channel blocker that hospitals use to bring high blood pressure down quickly. Adrafinil turns into modafinil in your body, and modafinil tends to nudge blood pressure up a little. So in theory, adrafinil could work against what clevidipine is trying to do, meaning your blood pressure may not drop as smoothly as expected.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical concern based on how these drugs behave, not solid proof. Also, clevidipine is given in a closely monitored hospital setting, so any drift in blood pressure would likely be caught quickly. Still, always tell your care team about adrafinil or any supplement before a procedure.
