    “Orally, nattokinase can cause hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis, in individuals sensitive to natto. A case series examining hypersensitivity reactions to natto shows that the causative allergen can be either nattokinase or polygamma glutamic acid (PGA), both of which are found in the sticky substance surrounding natto soybeans.”

Rozlytrek (entrectinib) is used to treat adult patients with ROS1-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), as confirmed by an FDA-approved test. It is also approved for adult and pediatric patients older than 1 month of age who have solid tumors — any cancer type — that carry an NTRK gene fusion detected by an FDA-approved test, provided the tumor has no known acquired resistance mutation, is metastatic or cannot be surgically removed without severe harm, and has progressed after prior treatment or has no satisfactory alternative therapy.
