Your product is a combo that pairs the antacids aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide with aspirin and codeine for pain relief. The piece that matters here is the antacid part. There are old, informal reports that Northern Prickly Ash may nudge up stomach acid production. If that happens, it could work against the soothing, acid-neutralizing job of the antacids in this product, so you might not get as much relief from heartburn or stomach upset.

To be honest, this is very weak, mostly anecdotal information, and it is considered a minor interaction. For most people it is unlikely to cause real trouble. Still, if you take this combo regularly and notice your antacid just isn't calming things down, mention the Prickly Ash to your pharmacist or doctor.
