Ethiny Estradiol, Levonorgestrel falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Nutmeg interacts with.

Theoretically, nutmeg might decrease levels of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
Animal research suggests that intraperitoneal injections of myristicin, a constituent of nutmeg, can induce CYP1A2.

Here's the gist for your birth control pill (the estrogen plus levonorgestrel combo in Logynon or Microgynon). One compound in nutmeg, called myristicin, was shown in animal studies to speed up a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. If that happened in people, it could in theory clear the hormones in your pill a little faster and lower their levels. With a contraceptive, weaker levels are the worry, since reliable protection depends on steady hormone amounts.

The reassuring part: this is based on lab and animal work, not real human cases, and normal cooking amounts of nutmeg are very unlikely to matter. I would not lose sleep over a sprinkle in your latte or baking. If you're thinking about large "medicinal" nutmeg doses, please skip that and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
