The piece of Fiorinal with Codeine that matters here is the aspirin. Aspirin already thins the blood by keeping platelets from clumping together. Some early research suggests pantethine may also make platelets a little less sticky. Stack the two, and in theory you could nudge up your bleeding risk a bit more than aspirin alone.

In real life that might look like easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that takes longer to stop. To be fair, this is mostly a theoretical concern based on limited evidence, not a strong signal. Still, before you pair these, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor, especially if you bleed easily or have surgery coming up.
