Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Danaparoid
Danaparoid falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Pantethine interacts with.
Some evidence suggests that pantethine reduces platelet aggregation.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Danaparoid (Orgaran) is a blood thinner doctors use to prevent dangerous clots, often given by injection in the hospital. On its own, its main risk is bleeding. The concern here is that pantethine may make your platelets a little less sticky, meaning they clump together less easily. Stack that mild effect on top of an anticoagulant like danaparoid, and you could tip the balance toward more bleeding than expected.
In real life that might look like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop. Keep in mind this is mostly theoretical and based on limited research, not strong proof. Still, because danaparoid is a serious medication, please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before adding pantethine so they can watch you closely.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Danaparoid page
“Danshen, a Chinese herb sold for heart and circulation, is where I would start with danaparoid (Orgaran), an injectable blood thinner used to prevent and treat dangerous clots. Nearly everything here, 202 of the 218 ingredients on file, carries some blood-thinning or antiplatelet activity of its own, and stacking that on top of an anti…”

About Pantethine
What is Pantethine?
- High cholesterol
- High triglycerides
- Heart health support
- General vitamin B5 supplementation
Pantethine is a derivative of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) that some studies suggest may modestly lower cholesterol and triglycerides. The evidence is limited and not strong enough to replace standard treatments, so talk with your pharmacist or doctor before using it, especially if you have heart or cholesterol concerns.

Danaparoid Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Danaparoid as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Pantethine — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
