Codeine Phosphate, Pseudoephedrine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Raspberry Ketone interacts with.

Theoretically, raspberry ketone might increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular effects with stimulant drugs.
Structurally, raspberry ketone resembles synephrine, a known stimulant agent. Heart palpitations, elevated blood pressure, coronary vasospasm, pulseless electrical activity arrest, and resistant polymorphic ventricular tachycardia have been reported in patients taking raspberry ketone.

The piece of your combo product that matters here is the pseudoephedrine, which is a decongestant and a stimulant. Raspberry ketone has a chemical shape similar to synephrine, another mild stimulant, so the worry is that stacking the two could nudge up your heart rate and blood pressure together. On its own, pseudoephedrine can already cause a racing or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, and higher blood pressure, so adding a second stimulant-like substance could make those more likely.

To be fair, this is mostly theoretical and based on scattered case reports, not solid studies. Still, if you have heart issues or high blood pressure, I'd skip the raspberry ketone and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
