Here's the basic idea: Muromonab-CD3 is a powerful intravenous antibody used to calm the immune system, usually to stop or reverse organ rejection after a transplant. Its whole job is to quiet immune cells, especially T cells. Rice bran arabinoxylan compound is marketed to do the opposite, meaning it may rev up immune activity. On paper, those two goals pull against each other, so the supplement could theoretically blunt how well this medicine protects your transplant, raising the worry of rejection (fever, organ pain, rising lab numbers).

I want to be honest about the strength here: this is a theoretical concern based on how each one works, not proven cases. Still, because anti-rejection therapy leaves no room for guessing, please don't add this supplement without first clearing it with your transplant team or pharmacist.
