The piece of your Micomp PB combo that matters most here is the pentobarbital, a barbiturate that calms the brain and can make you drowsy. Lab studies suggest some natural compounds in sage may also have a mild calming (CNS depressant) effect. In theory, pairing them could add up and leave you more sleepy, foggy, lightheaded, or unsteady than usual.
I want to be honest that this is a theoretical concern based only on lab and animal data, not real-world cases. A little sage in cooking is very unlikely to cause trouble. Concentrated sage extracts or the essential oil are where I'd be more cautious. Before adding a sage supplement, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor so they can look at your full medication list.

CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES

In vitro evidence suggests that aqueous extracts of sage can inhibit CYP3A4. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combination pill (Micomp PB) blends a few active ingredients, and one of them, ergotamine, is broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lab studies hint that water-based sage extracts might slow that same enzyme down. If that happened in real life, ergotamine could build up a bit, and that matters because ergotamine is touchy at high levels. Too much can cause nausea, tingling or coldness in the fingers and toes, and cramping from narrowed blood vessels.
Here's the reassuring part: this is only a theoretical, test-tube finding, and it has never actually been reported in people. A pinch of sage in your cooking is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated sage capsules or oil are a different story, so check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding those.

ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS

In vitro evidence suggests that common sage (Salvia officinalis) and Spanish sage (Salvia lavandulaefolia) can inhibit acetylcholinesterase and might increase acetylcholine levels.

Here's the gist for your Micomp PB. One of its ingredients, belladonna, works as an anticholinergic, meaning it blocks a body chemical called acetylcholine to help calm cramping and ease stomach or bladder spasms. In lab tests, sage seems to do the opposite, nudging acetylcholine levels back up. So in theory, taking concentrated sage could slightly work against the belladonna part and make it less effective, possibly meaning a bit more cramping or stomach discomfort.
I want to be honest though: this is only seen in test-tube studies, not in real people, so it's more of a theoretical concern than a proven problem. Everyday cooking with sage is very unlikely to matter. If you're using strong sage extracts or oils regularly, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on things.

This combination product contains pentobarbital, a barbiturate that calms the nervous system and can act as a seizure threshold medicine. The concern with sage is mostly theoretical and comes from lab and animal work, not from solid human studies. The idea is that some sage species, especially in large or concentrated amounts, contain a compound called thujone that can actually lower the seizure threshold and may work against drugs meant to keep the nervous system steady.
In plain terms, heavy use of sage extracts or sage essential oil could, in theory, blunt the calming benefit of the pentobarbital here. The seasoning amount you cook with is very unlikely to cause any problem. If you use concentrated sage supplements or oils, check with your pharmacist or doctor first rather than stopping anything on your own.
