Teazle + Tazemetostat Hydrobromide
Tazemetostat Hydrobromide brand name: Tazverik.
We found no known interaction between Teazle and Tazemetostat Hydrobromide in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Teazle and Tazemetostat Hydrobromide
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Tazemetostat Hydrobromide and Teazle in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — there is often limited research on supplements and herbal products, especially around drug interactions.
If you decide to take both, the practical routine is simple: add one new thing at a time and note the date you started it. If the combination is going to disagree with you, it usually shows in the first days to a couple of weeks — and a start date turns “I’ve been feeling off” into something a pharmacist can actually work with. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

Why No Interaction Is Listed for Tazemetostat Hydrobromide
Interactions in our licensed database are recorded against drug classes, not just single drug names. Tazemetostat Hydrobromide is filed under 2 classifications — cytochrome p450 3a4 (cyp3a4) substrates, oral drugs. Teazle has documented interactions with 2 drug classes — the most serious being anticholinergic drugs (moderate) and cholinergic drugs (moderate) — and none of Tazemetostat Hydrobromide’s classifications are among them.
Classification data comes from our licensed Natural Medicines dataset. A medication can belong to classes beyond those recorded there, so this describes how the check was run — it is not a safety guarantee.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Tazemetostat Hydrobromide page
“Tazemetostat (Tazverik) is a targeted cancer medicine, and because a lot rides on keeping its dose steady, this interaction list deserves genuine care. Almost all 138 interacting ingredients act on the liver enzyme CYP3A4, which clears tazemetostat from the body.”

Where Teazle and Tazemetostat Hydrobromide Sit Against Everything Else

#2,303 of 2,830 medications looked up here in the last 7 days

About Teazle
What is Teazle?
- Lyme disease (folk use)
- Joint and muscle pain
- Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
- Skin conditions such as psoriasis
- Wound healing
Teazle (Dipsacus fullonum) is a spiky plant used in traditional and folk medicine, most notably as a tincture marketed for Lyme disease and for joint pain and skin problems. There is very little high-quality human research to support any of these uses, so its benefits remain unproven. Talk with a pharmacist or doctor before trying it, and never use it to replace standard treatment for serious infections like Lyme disease.
Dipsacus fullonum · Caprifoliaceae · Root, leaves, and aerial parts · Tincture, tea, capsules, dried root, topical preparations
An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Teazle is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Teazle record says about it on its own.
Teazle: dosing
There is no established or standardized dose for teazle. Dosing in folk traditions varies widely, and products such as tinctures and capsules differ in strength. If you choose to try a teazle product, follow the directions on the label and do not exceed them.

About Tazemetostat
What Is Tazemetostat Used For?
Brand name: Tazverik
Tazverik (tazemetostat) tablets are used to treat adults and patients aged 16 and older with metastatic or locally advanced epithelioid sarcoma (a rare soft-tissue cancer) that cannot be completely removed by surgery.
Tazverik is also used in adults with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma — meaning the lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to treatment — either when the tumor carries a specific EZH2 gene mutation (confirmed by an FDA-approved test) after at least two prior treatments, or when there are no other satisfactory treatment options. Both uses were approved based on response rates, and continued approval may depend on results from ongoing confirmatory studies.
