Tirofiban falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tocotrienols interacts with.

Concomitant use of tocotrienols with anticoagulant or antiplatelet agents might increase the risk of bleeding. However, this has not been reported in humans.
Taking tocotrienols orally inhibits experimentally-induced platelet aggregation in humans. Theoretically tocotrienols might increase the risk of bleeding if taken with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. However, tocotrienols 400-800 mg daily have been used with aspirin and/or clopidogrel for 1 year with no clear cumulative antiplatelet effects and no reports of bleeding.

Here's the thing to know about tirofiban (Aggrastat): it's a powerful IV antiplatelet drug given in the hospital, usually during heart procedures or for certain types of chest pain. Because it already keeps platelets from sticking together, anything else that thins the blood a little can add to that effect. Tocotrienols may gently reduce platelet clumping on their own, so in theory pairing them could nudge up your bleeding risk (think easy bruising, bleeding gums, or oozing at IV or catheter sites).

In real life, this concern is pretty small. It's mostly based on lab and theory, and studies using tocotrienols with aspirin or clopidogrel for a year didn't show extra bleeding. Tirofiban is also tightly monitored by your hospital team. Still, mention any supplements you take so they have the full picture.

Tirofiban hydrochloride injection — available as Aggrastat and under the generic names Tirofiban and Tirofiban Hydrochloride — is used intravenously in people with non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS), a type of unstable heart condition where blood flow to the heart is dangerously reduced.

The goal is to lower the combined risk of death, heart attack (myocardial infarction), or persistent ischemia (insufficient blood flow to the heart) that may require a repeat cardiac procedure.
