Aspirin, Methocarbamol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group White Pepper interacts with.

In vitro evidence suggests that piperine, a constituent of white pepper, inhibits platelet aggregation. Theoretically, white pepper might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
Some anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Robaxisal combines aspirin (a blood thinner that keeps platelets from clumping) with methocarbamol (a muscle relaxer). The piece that matters here is the aspirin. White pepper contains piperine, and in test-tube studies piperine also seems to make platelets a little less sticky. Stacked on top of aspirin, the theory is that your blood could thin slightly more than expected.

Here's the honest part: this comes only from lab research, not from people, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. The pinch of white pepper in your cooking is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated piperine supplements are a different story. If you notice easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums, or you're considering a pepper supplement, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
