Entadfi combines two medicines, but the part that matters here is tadalafil, the same active ingredient found in Cialis. Tadalafil relaxes and widens your blood vessels, which can gently lower your blood pressure. Wine does something similar because alcohol is also a mild blood vessel dilator. Put the two together and the effects can stack up.

What that can feel like is dizziness, lightheadedness, flushing, headache, or a fainting feeling, especially when you stand up quickly. A glass with dinner is usually milder than several drinks, but heavier drinking pushes the risk up. The finasteride part doesn't really play a role here. If you enjoy wine, keep it modest and ask your pharmacist or doctor what's safe for you.
