Activated charcoal carries the one major rating on the anastrozole (Arimidex) list, because it can soak up the drug in the gut and cut how much your body absorbs. For a medicine that treats hormone-sensitive breast cancer by keeping estrogen suppressed, anything that lowers its level deserves real concern, and I would act on this list rather than skim it.
