Clofazimine (Lamprene) treats leprosy for months or years, so anything that quietly drains its blood levels deserves genuine caution. Activated charcoal is the single major-rated interaction among the 64 on file, binding the drug and cutting how much reaches your body. Most of the rest fall into three groups: absorbent products like glucomannan that blunt oral absorption, ingredients that add to clofazimine's own tendency to make skin sun-sensitive, and probiotics the drug's antibiotic action can kill off.
