Beauty-Full contains six active ingredients: biotin, a certified organic mushroom blend (chaga, king trumpet, maitake, cordyceps, and shiitake powders), and individual powdered mushrooms. Biotin is a B vitamin involved in hair, skin, and nail health.
The mushroom blend brings chaga, maitake, and cordyceps — each with a history in traditional use, though their clinical effects remain largely unproven. King trumpet and shiitake round out the blend.
The capsules also contain cellulose and myceliated oats as inactive ingredients.
Does it work?
Strong evidence
Biotin is likely effective for biotin deficiency but only possibly ineffective for multiple sclerosis and seborrheic dermatitis — we don't have enough evidence to say it works for alopecia areata. For the mushrooms, the evidence isn't there yet: chaga, maitake, and cordyceps all show insufficient evidence for cardiovascular health, diabetes, and other conditions the product might aim to address.

How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Biotin is generally well tolerated, even at fairly high doses, because your body excretes excess in urine — though rarely, high-dose biotin has caused mild diarrhea. Check with your doctor before taking high-dose biotin supplements.
Chaga, maitake, and cordyceps have limited human safety data. Chaga carries a cautionary note and there have been rare cases of kidney problems linked to excessive chaga use because it's high in oxalate.
Maitake and cordyceps can cause gastrointestinal upset — a small number of trial participants reported diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal discomfort. One cordyceps user developed hepatitis, though it's unclear whether cordyceps or a contaminant was responsible.

Before taking Beauty-Full, double-check with your doctor or pharmacist if you take blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs (chaga, maitake, and cordyceps all raise bleeding risk theoretically), diabetes medications (chaga and maitake may lower blood sugar further), blood pressure drugs (maitake may lower it more), or immunosuppressants (chaga and cordyceps might interfere). Maitake has a documented case of boosting warfarin's effects.
If you take testosterone, cordyceps may have additive effects.

Chaga, maitake, and cordyceps all carry Moderate-severity interactions with blood thinners (anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs) — they may increase bleeding risk, though this hasn't been reported in humans yet. Chaga and maitake also interact with diabetes drugs; both could theoretically raise the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), with maitake showing this effect in clinical research.
Maitake specifically has evidence of increasing warfarin's blood-thinning effects — one patient's warfarin level jumped after taking maitake. Chaga and cordyceps both may interfere with immunosuppressant drugs theoretically.
Cordyceps carries a Minor-severity interaction with testosterone, with unclear clinical importance.

Chaga, Powder
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, chaga may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro and animal research suggests that chaga extract can inhibit platelet aggregation. This effect has not been reported in humans.
Antidiabetes Drugs
Theoretically, taking chaga with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Animal research suggests that chaga might decrease blood glucose levels and increase insulin levels. This has not been reported in humans.
Immunosuppressants
Theoretically, chaga might interfere with immunosuppressive therapy.
In vitro research suggests that certain constituents of chaga stimulate immune function. This has not been reported in humans.
Maitake, Powder
Antidiabetes Drugs
Theoretically, combining maitake mushroom with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Clinical research shows that taking maitake mushroom polysaccharide (MMP) can lower blood glucose levels in patients with types 2 diabetes.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, combining maitake mushroom with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research shows that maitake mushroom can lower blood pressure.
Warfarin (Coumadin)
There is limited evidence that maitake mushroom may increase the anticoagulant effects of warfarin.
In a case report, a patient previously stabilized on warfarin developed an elevated international normalized ratio (INR) of 5.1 after taking maitake mushroom (Grifron-Pro Maitake D-Fraction) 1 drop/kg daily in three divided doses for one week. The elevated INR resolved after holding warfarin for two days, then reducing the dose by 11%. It is thought that the beta-glucan constituent of maitake mushroom might cause warfarin dissociation from proteins, resulting in increased free warfarin levels and increased warfarin effects.
Cordyceps, Powder
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, cordyceps may increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
In vitro and animal research suggests that cordyceps extract inhibits platelet aggregation and function. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Immunosuppressants
Theoretically, concurrent use of cordyceps might interfere with immunosuppressive therapy.
Animal and in vitro research suggests that cordyceps stimulates the immune system. However, limited clinical research suggests that taking cordyceps may lower the necessary therapeutic dose of the immunosuppressant cyclosporine, which suggests that cordyceps may have an immunosuppressive effect.
Testosterone
Theoretically, concurrent use of cordyceps and testosterone might have additive effects.
Animal research suggests that cordyceps can increase testosterone levels. The clinical significance of this finding is unclear.
