LiveLong Beta-Alanine is a single-ingredient supplement in liquid form containing beta-alanine, an amino acid your body produces naturally. It's meant to support athletic and physical performance by helping build carnosine in your muscles, which may reduce fatigue during high-intensity exercise.
Does it work?

The evidence shows beta-alanine is possibly effective for athletic performance and physical performance. For other uses—including cognitive function, age-related cognitive decline, menopausal symptoms, and COPD—the evidence is insufficient to say whether it works.

How safe is it?

Beta-alanine is generally well tolerated in healthy adults, but it commonly causes a harmless tingling sensation (paresthesia), usually starting on the scalp within 20 minutes of taking it and spreading across the body for roughly an hour. The intensity depends on the dose—higher doses produce more noticeable tingling.
The product hasn't been studied at high doses over the long term, so extended high-dose use isn't well characterized. Based on available safety information, beta-alanine should be avoided during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
