The most serious finding involves blood pressure and diabetes medications. Coriander may lower blood pressure, so taking it with blood pressure drugs (antihypertensive drugs) could theoretically increase your risk of low blood pressure (hypotension) — a Moderate-severity concern.
Similarly, coriander may reduce blood sugar, so combined with diabetes drugs it could theoretically raise your risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia); if you take diabetes medications, close monitoring of blood glucose is important and dose adjustments might be needed.
You should also be aware of two other Moderate-severity risks. CNS depressants — sedating medications like sleep aids or anti-anxiety drugs — might have stronger sedative effects if combined with coriander.
Additionally, if you take photosensitizing drugs (medications that increase skin sensitivity to sunlight), coriander could theoretically add to that risk.
