Here's the simple version. Flutamide can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, so you may sunburn faster than usual while you're on it. Coriander contains a compound called coriandrin that, at least in lab tests, may also boost sun sensitivity. Put the two together and the concern is that your skin could react to sun even more easily, meaning quicker burning or a rash on exposed areas.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. This is mostly theory and test-tube work, not real patient reports, and the cilantro you sprinkle on your tacos is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated coriander extracts or essential oils are a different story. Either way, use sunscreen and cover up outdoors, and check with your pharmacist before using strong coriander products.

What Is Flutamide Used For?

Brand names: Eulexin, Euflex

Eulexin (flutamide) capsules are used to treat prostate cancer in men. They are always used together with an LHRH agonist (a hormone-lowering injection), never alone.

Eulexin is indicated for two stages of prostate cancer: locally confined Stage B2-C prostate cancer (used alongside goserelin acetate and radiation therapy, starting eight weeks before radiation begins) and Stage D2 metastatic prostate cancer (cancer that has spread beyond the prostate, taken with an LHRH agonist until the disease progresses).
