Here's the gist: diclofenac can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, meaning you may sunburn faster than usual. Coriander has a plant compound called coriandrin that, at least in lab studies, seems to do something similar. So the worry is that taking both together could add up and raise your odds of a sunburn-like reaction on sun-exposed skin.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. It's mostly theoretical and based on test-tube work, not real patient reports. The amount of coriander you'd eat as cilantro in food is very unlikely to cause any trouble. Concentrated extracts or essential oils are a different story. If you're using those and spending time in the sun, wear sunscreen and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

Diclofenac sodium topical gel is used to treat actinic keratoses (AK) — rough, scaly skin patches that form after years of sun exposure. These patches are considered precancerous, meaning they can develop into skin cancer if left untreated.

This is a topical gel, meaning it is applied directly to the skin over the affected area rather than taken by mouth. It belongs to the NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) family.
