Chromium
Chromium is a trace mineral that is found in small amounts in the human body. It is believed to play a role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Gymnema sylvestre leaf powder
Description:Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre) is a plant species native to India and Africa that has been used traditionally in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries to treat a range of conditions, including diabetes, obesity, and digestive problems. Gymnema is thought to work by inhibiting the absorption of sugar in the intestines and by increasing the production of insulin in the pancreas. If applied topically to the tongue, it reduces the sweetness and bitter sensation of foods, which may deter excess sugar intake (the plant is sometimes referred to informally as 'the sugar destroyer'). Take 3 capsules with breakfast and 3 capsules with dinner.
For superior results, take 12 capsules daily for at least 2 months or until fasting glucose level is under 120 mg/dl. Then reduce to 6 capsules daily for about 6 months. Some are then able to discontinue the formula totally, while others find that occasional use is best.
