ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Aspirin
Acetaminophen, Aspirin falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Vanadium interacts with.
In vitro research shows that the sodium orthovanadate form of vanadium prolongs clotting time, likely through inhibition of thrombin and factor Xa.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist for Gemnisyn, which pairs aspirin with acetaminophen. The aspirin part already thins your blood a bit by making platelets less sticky, so it raises bleeding risk on its own. The concern with vanadium is that, in lab studies, one form of it slowed down clotting too. Stacked together, the worry is a little extra bleeding tendency, things like easier bruising, nosebleeds, or a cut that's slow to stop.
I want to be honest though: this is theoretical, based only on test-tube research, not real people. Everyday food has tiny amounts of vanadium that won't matter. Concentrated supplements are the question mark. Before adding a vanadium supplement, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Acetaminophen, Aspirin page
“Acetaminophen with aspirin (Gemnisyn) is the kind of pain reliever people take without a second thought, which is exactly why its interaction list deserves genuine care. More than 200 of the 321 ingredients on file thin the blood in some way, and layered on top of aspirin that means a higher chance of bleeding, especially in the stomach.”

About Vanadium
What is Vanadium?
- Blood sugar and diabetes support
- Athletic performance and muscle building
- Lowering cholesterol
- General trace-mineral supplementation
Vanadium is a trace mineral found in tiny amounts in food, and people get plenty from a normal diet. Supplement claims for diabetes, weight, and athletic performance are not well proven, and higher doses can be toxic. Most people do not need to supplement it, and you should check with your doctor or pharmacist before using it.
