What’s inside
Low disclosure
This liquid contains three active ingredients: Dead Sea Salt, Atlantic Ocean Water, and Ormus Concentrate (which itself is a blend of component ingredients). The product has no inactive fillers or other ingredients listed.
Does it work?
Couldn't assess
The data we hold covers only Dead Sea Salt's effectiveness. It's rated likely effective for cystic fibrosis and possibly effective for reducing kidney damage from amphotericin B (an antifungal medication).
For bipolar disorder and congestive heart failure, the evidence isn't strong enough to rate. We have no effectiveness information on file for Atlantic Ocean Water or Ormus Concentrate.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Sodium from Dead Sea Salt is well tolerated when you stay within normal dietary amounts — the trouble starts with supplements or very high intake. The safety notes advise against sodium supplements or excess intake without medical guidance.
High sodium is linked to high blood pressure and heart strain; serious but rare side effects include worsened cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and kidney disease. Population research also ties high sodium intake to increased gastric cancer risk.
Pregnancy and lactation safety data are mixed: pregnancy is rated likely safe, but lactation is rated possibly unsafe.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Check before starting if you take lithium — sodium changes can throw off your levels in both directions, and that's a Major concern. Also double-check if you're on blood pressure medications, corticosteroids, didanosine, sodium phosphates, tolvaptan, or other sodium-containing drugs, as sodium can reduce their effectiveness or raise your blood sodium to unsafe levels.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFormula with limited ingredient disclosure with no assessable stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
This product may be worth considering if you're interested in its claimed benefits and you don't take medications that interact with sodium — but that's a big if. If you're on lithium, blood pressure drugs, corticosteroids, or any other sodium-sensitive medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting it.
Even if you're not on medication, keep sodium intake moderate and discuss supplementing with your healthcare provider.

Life Force Energy Ormus Alignment by Ormus Minerals Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Life Force Energy Ormus Alignment contains Dead Sea Salt, which introduces sodium into your system — and sodium interacts with a notable range of medications.
The most serious concern is with lithium (used for bipolar disorder): high sodium intake can lower lithium levels and reduce its effect, while low sodium can raise them dangerously and cause toxicity. This is a Major interaction you'll want to discuss with your doctor if you take lithium.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Dead Sea Salt's sodium can also cause problems with blood pressure medications (antihypertensives), corticosteroids, didanosine, sodium phosphates, tolvaptan, and other sodium-containing drugs — all Moderate interactions. High sodium intake may reduce how well blood pressure medications work, increase the risk of dangerously high sodium levels in your blood (hypernatremia), and complicate dosing.
Altogether, these interactions span 205 individual medications.
We couldn't check Atlantic Ocean Water or Ormus Concentrate — we hold no interaction data for those ingredients. Before you start this product, use the search tool below to look up any medications you take, especially if you're on lithium or blood pressure drugs.

For each ingredient in Life Force Energy Ormus Alignment with known interactions, here are the types of medications it can affect. Open any type for the detail — or search your exact drug in the checker above.
Dead Sea Salt
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, a high intake of dietary sodium might reduce the effectiveness of antihypertensive drugs.
High intake of dietary sodium can increase systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Also, high intake of sodium may necessitate increased use of antihypertensive medications to achieve blood pressure control in some patients, such as those with chronic kidney disease.
Corticosteroids
Concomitant use of mineralocorticoids and some glucocorticoids with sodium supplements might increase the risk of hypernatremia.
Mineralocorticoids and some glucocorticoids (corticosteroids) cause sodium retention. This effect is dose-related and depends on mineralocorticoid potency. It is most common with hydrocortisone, cortisone, and fludrocortisone, followed by prednisone and prednisolone.
Didanosine (Videx)
Concomitant use of didanosine with additional sodium from dietary or supplemental sources may increase the risk of hypernatremia.
Didanosine formulations contain a significant amount of sodium.
Lithium
Altering dietary intake of sodium might alter the levels and clinical effects of lithium.
High sodium intake can reduce plasma concentrations of lithium by increasing lithium excretion. Reducing sodium intake can significantly increase plasma concentrations of lithium and cause lithium toxicity in patients being treated with lithium carbonate. Stabilizing sodium intake is shown to reduce the percentage of patients with lithium level fluctuations above 0.8 mEq/L. Patients taking lithium should avoid significant alterations in their dietary intake of sodium.
Sodium Phosphates
Theoretically, concomitant use of sodium phosphate with sodium supplements might increase the risk of hypernatremia.
Use of high doses (> 45 mL in 24 hours) of sodium phosphate, such as those used for bowel cleansing before surgery, can lead to serious electrolyte disturbances, including hypernatremia. The risk of hypernatremia is highest in the elderly and people with other risk factors for electrolyte disturbances.
Sodium-Containing Drugs
Concomitant use of sodium-containing drugs with additional sodium from dietary or supplemental sources may increase the risk of hypernatremia and long-term sodium-related complications.
The Chronic Disease Risk Reduction (CDRR) intake level of 2.3 grams of sodium daily indicates the intake at which it is believed that chronic disease risk increases for the apparently healthy population. Some medications contain high quantities of sodium. When used in conjunction with sodium supplements or high-sodium diets, the CDRR may be exceeded. Additionally, concomitant use may increase the risk for hypernatremia; this risk is highest in the elderly and people with other risk factors for electrolyte disturbances.
Tolvaptan (Samsca)
Theoretically, concomitant use of tolvaptan with sodium might increase the risk of hypernatremia.
Tolvaptan is a vasopressin receptor 2 antagonist that is used to increase sodium levels in patients with hyponatremia. Patients taking tolvaptan should use caution with the use of sodium salts such as sodium chloride.
