Not established
The evidence on NeuroHemp-PM's ingredients is limited. For hops, we have insufficient reliable evidence to rate its use for age-related cognitive decline, sexual dysfunction, anxiety, ADHD, indigestion (dyspepsia), or insomnia.
Oregano similarly lacks reliable evidence for acne, bronchitis, asthma, headache, or upper respiratory infections. Hemp and cinnamon show insufficient reliable evidence across their listed uses as well—ranging from constipation and eczema (hemp) to amenorrhea, angina, colds, diabetes, diarrhea, and cholesterol (cinnamon).
In short, we do not have established evidence that any of these ingredients work for their intended purposes in this formulation.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Hops is generally well tolerated short-term but may cause drowsiness; long-term safety is not well studied. Occupational exposure to hops dust is linked to respiratory symptoms, and orally, supplements combining hops and soy have been associated with a small number of postmenopausal bleeding cases, though it's unclear whether hops, soy, or the combination is responsible.
Oregano is safe as a food but concentrated oil supplements are less studied; gastrointestinal upset is the most common side effect in larger doses, and rare systemic allergic reactions including anaphylaxis have been reported in sensitive individuals. Hemp products are generally well tolerated in food amounts; rare cases of anaphylaxis and cardiac effects (long QT syndrome, torsades de pointes) have been documented, as have uncommon allergies to hemp seed.
Cinnamon at normal food amounts is generally safe, but high-dose supplement use over time carries theoretical hepatotoxicity risk from its coumarin content. One trial participant on cinnamon 1 gram daily reported a rash, and a hypoglycemic seizure was documented in another, though causation was unclear.
For pregnancy: oregano is rated possibly unsafe in medicinal or supplement amounts (food amounts are likely fine); hops and hemp are advised against due to insufficient safety data; cinnamon food amounts are likely fine but high-dose supplements should be avoided. For breastfeeding: hops, oregano, and hemp have insufficient safety data for supplements—stick to food amounts where applicable, and talk with your doctor or pharmacist about personalized advice.
Chamomile safety data in pregnancy and breastfeeding is not on file.

NeuroHemp-PM by Physician's Strength does interact with several medication types through its hops, oregano, hemp, and cinnamon content.
The most serious concern is a Moderate-severity interaction: oregano may increase bleeding risk when combined with blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs (anticoagulants/antiplatelets), since research shows oregano constituents can inhibit platelet aggregation.

Several other Moderate-severity interactions are documented. Both hops and oregano may lower blood sugar when taken with diabetes medications (antidiabetes drugs), potentially raising hypoglycemia risk.
Hops may cause additive drowsiness with sedative drugs (CNS depressants), and theoretically might interfere with estrogen-based hormone therapy. Cinnamon, too, may lower blood sugar and add to the effect of diabetes medications.
Additionally, cinnamon at high doses or long-term use carries a theoretical risk with liver-damaging drugs (hepatotoxic drugs) because of its coumarin content.
Minor-severity interactions are documented for hops, hemp, and cinnamon affecting liver enzyme metabolism (CYP1A2 and CYP3A4 substrates), and hemp may theoretically interact with blood pressure medications (antihypertensive drugs and ACE inhibitors) and blood thinners—though human evidence is limited or absent for most. We could not check chamomile, as we hold no data for it.

Estrogens
Theoretically, hemp might interfere with hormone therapy due to its estrogenic effects.
In an ovariectomized animal model, a diet containing hemp seed 1%, 2%, or 10% resulted in normalized plasma levels of 17-beta-estradiol. The mechanism of action for this effect is unclear.
Ace Inhibitors (Aceis)
Theoretically, consuming hemp seed protein isolate with ACE inhibitors might have additive effects and increase the risk of hypotension.
Hemp seed protein hydrolysate has shown ACE inhibitor-like effects in a hypertensive animal model. However, hempseed oil consumption does not seem to reduce blood pressure in humans. Until more is known, monitor blood pressure and potassium levels.
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, hemp seed might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
In animal research, hemp seed at 5% of the diet inhibits platelet aggregation in vitro. However, in human research, taking hemp seed oil 2 grams daily for 12 weeks does not inhibit the aggregation of platelets in vitro.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, hemp seed protein may have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs.
In a hypertensive animal model, hemp seed protein hydrolysate reduced systolic blood pressure by a mechanism possibly involving the inhibition of renin and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activities. However, there was no effect of hemp seed protein on blood pressure in normotensive animals. Furthermore, hempseed oil consumption does not seem to reduce blood pressure in humans.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, hemp might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that hemp induces CYP1A2 enzymes.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Theoretically, hemp might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that hemp induces CYP3A4 enzymes.
raw, CO2-extracted Hops
Cns Depressants
Theoretically, concomitant use of hops with sedative drugs might cause additive sedation.
Some animal research shows that hops has sedative effects.
Estrogens
Theoretically, concomitant use of large amounts of hops might interfere with hormone replacement therapy due to competition for estrogen receptors.
In vitro research suggests that certain hops constituents can competitively bind to estrogen receptors. However, most hops extracts contain very small amounts of these constituents.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Hops extract does not seem to affect the metabolism of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that flavonoid constituents of hops inhibit CYP1A2 enzyme activity. However, a pharmacokinetic study in healthy postmenopausal patients shows that taking a standardized extract of spent hops containing prenylated phenols, as 59.5 mg twice daily for 2 weeks, does not affect levels of caffeine, a CYP1A2 probe substrate.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Theoretically, hops extract might alter metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates; however, this effect may not be clinically significant.
Animal research suggests that specific constituents of hops, called lupulones, can induce hepatic CYP3A4 enzyme activity. However, a pharmacokinetic study in healthy postmenopausal patients with normal metabolism shows that taking a standardized extract of spent hops containing prenylated phenols, as 59.5 mg twice daily for 2 weeks, decreases the concentration of alprazolam, a CYP3A4 probe substrate, by 7.6%. This reduction is unlikely to be clinically relevant.
Cinnamon essential oil
Antidiabetes Drugs
Theoretically, cassia cinnamon may have additive effects with antidiabetes drugs.
Cassia cinnamon may lower blood glucose levels, and have additive effects in patients treated with antidiabetic agents. Dose adjustments to diabetes medications might be necessary.
Hepatotoxic Drugs
Theoretically, large doses of cassia cinnamon might cause additive effects when used with hepatotoxic drugs.
There is some concern that ingesting large amounts of cassia cinnamon for an extended duration might cause hepatotoxicity in some people. Cassia cinnamon contains coumarin, which can cause hepatotoxicity in animal models. In humans, very high doses of coumarin from 50-7000 mg/day can result in hepatotoxicity that resolves when coumarin use is discontinued. Lower amounts might also cause liver problems in sensitive people, such as those with liver disease or those taking potentially hepatotoxic agents.

Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, oregano might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro research shows that aristolochic acid isolated from oregano leaves has antithrombin activity. It has also been reported that oregano oil inhibits arachidonic acid-induced, and ADP-induced, platelet aggregation.
Antidiabetes Drugs
Theoretically, oregano might increase the risk for hypoglycemia when taken with antidiabetes drugs.
In vitro and animal research shows that oregano extracts might lower blood glucose levels.
