Pregnenolone
Pregnenolone is a hormone that is produced naturally in the body by the adrenal glands as well as in the brain. It is a precursor to other hormones, including cortisol, progesterone, testosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), and estrogens, and plays a role in a number of bodily functions. Pregnenolone is a precursor to various hormones, such as progesterone, mineralocorticoids, glucocorticoids, androgens, and estrogens.
