Diethylstilbestrol, Methyltestosterone falls under TESTOSTERONE — the group Pregnenolone interacts with.

Theoretically, taking pregnenolone might enhance the effects of testosterone.
Pregnenolone is a precursor for several steroid hormones, including testosterone. However, preliminary clinical research shows that taking pregnenolone 30-500 mg orally daily for up to 8 weeks does not affect testosterone levels.

Here's the gist: this product combines an estrogen (diethylstilbestrol) with a hormone form of testosterone (methyltestosterone). Since pregnenolone is an early building block your body can turn into other steroid hormones, the worry on file is mostly theoretical, that it could nudge up the testosterone side of this combination.

If that did happen, you might notice more of methyltestosterone's usual effects, things like oily skin, acne, mood shifts, or fluid retention. But here's the reassuring part: small studies giving pregnenolone for up to 8 weeks did not actually change testosterone levels, so the real-world risk looks low. Still, both of these are potent hormones, so please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.
