Here's the gist: estropipate is a form of estrogen, and pregnenolone is a hormone your body can convert into other steroids, including estrogen. So in theory, adding pregnenolone on top of your estrogen could nudge your total estrogen activity a little higher. If that happened, you might notice more of the things estrogen can cause, like breast tenderness, bloating, nausea, headaches, or spotting.

I want to be honest about the strength of this one. It's theoretical, based on how these hormones work on paper, not on solid human studies showing a real problem. Still, since you're already taking a hormone, it's worth a quick chat with your doctor or pharmacist before combining the two. Please don't start or stop anything on your own.
