Methyltestosterone falls under TESTOSTERONE — the group Pregnenolone interacts with.

Theoretically, taking pregnenolone might enhance the effects of testosterone.
Pregnenolone is a precursor for several steroid hormones, including testosterone. However, preliminary clinical research shows that taking pregnenolone 30-500 mg orally daily for up to 8 weeks does not affect testosterone levels.

Here's the thinking behind this one: pregnenolone sits at the top of your body's hormone chain, and it can turn into other steroids, including testosterone. So on paper, layering it on top of methyltestosterone (a man-made form of testosterone you swallow) might add a little extra androgen effect. That could, in theory, nudge up the usual testosterone-type effects you'd watch for, things like acne, oily skin, mood changes, fluid retention, or unwanted hair growth.

But I want to be honest about how weak this is. It's a theoretical concern based on how the hormones work, not on real-world cases. In fact, small studies found pregnenolone (30 to 500 mg daily) didn't actually raise testosterone levels. Still, since both are hormones, please run this combo by your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
