The evidence for these ingredients is mixed. Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum are possibly effective for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and antibiotic-related diarrhea.
Bifidobacterium bifidum may also help with respiratory tract infections. Bacillus subtilis is possibly effective for antibiotic-related diarrhea.
Brewer's yeast is possibly effective for IBS. For the other conditions listed — like cognitive decline, anxiety, asthma, lead toxicity, and eczema — the evidence we hold is either insufficient or hasn't established effectiveness.

Brewer's yeast is generally well tolerated in normal amounts but can cause flatulence, migraines, and intestinal discomfort; rare serious concerns include fungemia and anaphylaxis in sensitive individuals. Fulvic acid appears well tolerated short-term, with mild side effects being diarrhea, headache, and sore throat; one rare serious effect (Kashin-Beck bone disease) has been reported.
