Here's the concern with pairing brewer's yeast and moclobemide. Moclobemide is a reversible MAO-A inhibitor used for depression. One of MAO-A's jobs is to break down tyramine, a compound found in certain fermented and aged foods. Brewer's yeast can be fairly high in tyramine. If that tyramine isn't cleared normally, it can push blood pressure up sharply, which is why this combo carries a theoretical risk of a dangerous spike called a hypertensive crisis (think pounding headache, racing heart, or sudden severe blood pressure rise).

The good news: moclobemide is gentler on this front than older MAOIs, so the risk is lower, and this rating is based on pharmacology rather than reported cases. Still, regular concentrated brewer's yeast supplements deserve a quick check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
