Chloroxine falls under ANTIFUNGALS — the group Brewer's Yeast interacts with.

Here's the thing to keep in mind with this pairing, and it's a small one. Chloroxine (Capitrol) is an antifungal and antibacterial agent used on the scalp for conditions like seborrheic dermatitis. Some brewer's yeast supplements actually contain live yeast organisms. Since chloroxine works by killing fungus and yeast, in theory it could knock out some of those live organisms and make the brewer's yeast a bit less effective. The direction here is simple: this is about the supplement losing potency, not the medicine getting stronger or causing harm.

I'll be straight with you, this is a theoretical concern only, based on how these two work, not on real-world reports. Chloroxine is also applied to the scalp, so the chance of it reaching swallowed yeast is honestly low. Still, if you take brewer's yeast regularly, mention it to your pharmacist.
