HelloPharmacist Scorecard of Reversitol V2 by iForce Nutrition
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Low disclosure
Reversitol V2 contains 5 active ingredients. The main one is trans resveratrol, a polyphenol from plants.
You'll also find indole-3-carbinol (a compound from cruciferous vegetables like broccoli), 7-methoxyflavone (a flavonoid), ellagic acid (a polyphenol from berries and pomegranate), and long jack (an herbal extract also called eurycoma longifolia). The product also includes a proprietary S.E.R.M.
Matrix blend and an Estrogen Modulation Matrix blend — their exact component amounts aren't disclosed, but the individual ingredients in them are listed separately. Rice flour and magnesium stearate are included as inactive ingredients.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
The evidence for resveratrol shows it's possibly effective for obesity and allergic rhinitis (hay fever), but possibly ineffective for cardiovascular disease and high cholesterol. For indole-3-carbinol, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical dysplasia, liver disease, and fibromyalgia — the evidence isn't established enough to rate.
Ellagic acid shows insufficient evidence to rate for bladder cancer, cognitive function, diabetes, melasma, and polycystic ovary syndrome. Long jack is possibly effective for sexual desire but possibly ineffective for athletic performance; evidence is insufficient to rate it for back pain, osteoporosis, and diabetes.
The evidence for 7-methoxyflavone isn't established in the data we hold.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Resveratrol is generally well tolerated at typical supplement doses, but higher doses may cause digestive upset — diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, and loose stools are the most common oral side effects. A small number of people taking higher doses have reported headache, fatigue, and memory loss, though a cause-and-effect link hasn't been proven.
A rare rash has also been reported and resolved after stopping. The safety data advises against concentrated resveratrol supplements during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Indole-3-carbinol is well tolerated orally but can cause diarrhea, nausea, rash, and at higher doses unsteadiness and tremor — these resolved when doses were lowered. The safety data advises against it during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Ellagic acid is generally safe in foods, but concentrated supplements are not well studied; a small number of people in one trial had nausea and diarrhea. The safety data advises against concentrated supplements during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Long Jack is generally tolerated short-term in studies, though long-term safety is uncertain; it may increase testosterone and related side effects like acne and liver stress. The safety data advises against it during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
We hold no safety data on file for 7-methoxyflavone, but the label advises against it due to unknown safety and possible hormonal effects during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Check your exact medications before starting, especially if you take blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) — resveratrol and indole-3-carbinol may increase bleeding risk. If you take diabetes medications, ellagic acid might lower your blood sugar too much.
Heart or blood pressure drugs metabolized by your liver (including propranolol) may be affected by multiple ingredients here. Testosterone therapy or aromatase inhibitors (breast cancer drugs) could interact with the 7-methoxyflavone and long jack.
Any drug metabolized by CYP1A2, CYP2C19, CYP2A6, or CYP3A4 liver pathways deserves a quick check — the ingredients here may theoretically affect levels.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFormula with limited ingredient disclosure with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
This product is marketed for hormonal balance and antioxidant support, but evidence is mixed — resveratrol shows promise for obesity and hay fever, while most other claims lack solid proof. If you take blood thinners, diabetes medications, heart or blood pressure drugs, testosterone therapy, or breast cancer medications, you need to check with your pharmacist first.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should avoid all of these ingredients. Talk to your pharmacist or doctor before starting, especially if you're on any prescription medications.

Reversitol V2 by iForce Nutrition Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Reversitol V2 by iForce Nutrition contains five active ingredients, and together they interact with a substantial number of medications — we've documented interactions across 899 individual drugs.
The most serious concern is with blood thinners and antiplatelet drugs (such as warfarin, aspirin, and clopidogrel): both resveratrol and indole-3-carbinol may increase bleeding risk by thinning the blood further.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Resveratrol can theoretically raise levels of several groups of drugs broken down by your liver — specifically those metabolized by the CYP2C19, CYP1A2, CYP3A4, and CYP2E1 pathways. While in-vitro lab work suggests this, human studies on CYP3A4 at high resveratrol doses haven't shown the effect.
Indole-3-carbinol may speed up the breakdown of CYP1A2 drugs, lowering their levels. Ellagic acid might increase the blood sugar-lowering effect of diabetes medications, raising the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
The 7-methoxyflavone in this blend theoretically could add to the effects of testosterone therapy or aromatase inhibitors (breast cancer medications). Long Jack may reduce propranolol (a blood pressure and heart medication) levels and effectiveness, and could theoretically affect testosterone levels and several liver-metabolized drugs.
Additionally, the two proprietary blends — the S.E.R.M. Matrix and the Estrogen Modulation Matrix — list their component ingredients separately, so their interactions are covered above.
We could not check interaction data for those blend containers themselves. Check your exact medications with the search tool on this page before you start.

For each ingredient in Reversitol V2 with known interactions, here are the types of medications they can affect. Open any type for the detail — or search your exact drug in the checker above.
Trans Resveratrol
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Resveratrol may have antiplatelet effects and may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Resveratrol seems to have antiplatelet effects.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit CYP1A2 enzymes. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Cytochrome P450 2C19 (Cyp2C19) Substrates
Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C19.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit CYP2C19 enzymes. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Cytochrome P450 2E1 (Cyp2E1) Substrates
Resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2E1.
In vitro research suggests that resveratrol inhibits CYP2E1 isoenzyme. Also, a pharmacokinetic study shows that taking resveratrol 500 mg daily for 10 days prior to taking a single dose of chlorzoxazone 250 mg increases the maximum concentration of chlorzoxazone by about 54%, the area under the curve of chlorzoxazone by about 72%, and the half-life of chlorzoxazone by about 35%. Chlorzoxazone is used as a probe drug for CYP2E1.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit the CYP3A4 enzyme. However, clinical research shows that taking resveratrol 3000 mg daily for 8 weeks does not necessitate dose adjustments to medications metabolized by CYP3A4.
Indole 3 Carbinol
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, indole-3-carbinol might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
In vitro research shows that indole-3-carbinol inhibits platelet aggregation.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, indole-3-carbinol might increase the metabolism of CYP1A2 substrates and lower serum concentrations.
Animal research shows that indole-3-carbinol induces CYP1A2 enzymes.
Estrogens
Indole-3-carbinol might interfere with the effects of estrogen therapy.
Preliminary clinical and in vitro evidence shows that indole-3-carbinol has antiestrogenic activity.
Long Jack 100:1
Propranolol (Inderal)
Eurycoma longifolia can reduce the levels and clinical effects of propranolol.
A small clinical study in healthy persons shows that taking a single dose of a water-based Eurycoma longifolia extract 200 mg, in combination with a single dose of propranolol 80 mg, reduces the propranolol area under the curve (AUC) by 29%, reduces the peak concentration by 42%, and increases time to peak concentration by 86% when compared with control. Since the elimination half-life of propranolol did not change, it seems that Eurycoma longifolia alters the kinetics of propranolol by decreasing its absorption in the gut, and not by altering its metabolism. It is not known if separating administration will prevent this interaction.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, Eurycoma longifolia might increase levels CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that methanolic Eurycoma longifolia root extract weakly inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.
Cytochrome P450 2A6 (Cyp2A6) Substrates
Theoretically, Eurycoma longifolia might increase levels of CYP2A6 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that methanolic Eurycoma longifolia root extract weakly inhibits CYP2A6 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.
Cytochrome P450 2C19 (Cyp2C19) Substrates
Theoretically, Eurycoma longifolia might increase levels of CYP2C19 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that methanolic Eurycoma longifolia root extract weakly inhibits CYP2C19 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.
Testosterone
Theoretically, Eurycoma longifolia may further increase levels of testosterone.
A clinical study in aging males with testosterone levels below 300 ng/dL shows that taking a specific water extract of Eurycoma longifolia roots (Physta; Biotropics Malaysia) 100-200 mg daily with breakfast for 12 weeks increases total testosterone levels by 8% to 11% when compared with placebo. It is unclear whether this increase would occur in individuals with normal testosterone levels.
Ellagic Acid 95%
Antidiabetes Drugs
Some clinical research shows that ellagic acid reduces fasting and postprandial glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes who are on stable doses of hypoglycemic agents such as metformin. Theoretically, taking ellagic acid with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
7-Methoxy-2-phenyl-chromen-4-one
Aromatase Inhibitors
In vitro evidence shows that 7-methoxyflavone inhibits aromatase. Theoretically, 7-methoxyflavone might have an additive effects when used with other aromatase inhibitors, potentially increasing the therapeutic effects and adverse effects associated with these drugs. Some aromatase inhibitors include anastrozole (Arimidex), exemestane (Aromasin), and letrozole (Femara).
Testosterone
In vitro evidence shows that 7-methoxyflavone inhbits aromatase. Inhibiting aromatase reduces the conversion of testosterone and other androgens to estrogens. Theoretically, use of 7-methoxyflavone with testosterone might increase the effects and side effects of testosterone therapy.
