- RECOMMENDATION
Adults: Take 15 to 30 drops (approximately 1-2 ml) in water every four hours.
Children age 4 and older: Take 10 to 20 drops (approximately 0.5 to 1 ml) in water every four hours. One ml is approximately equal to two capsules of Stress-J.
