Vigor Blue Raspberry Ingredients & Drug Interactions
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Vigor Blue Raspberry against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
Vigor Blue Raspberry is a 6-ingredient powder built around compounds meant to support blood flow and athletic performance. The active ingredients are L-citrulline, malic acid, agmatine sulfate, glycerol (GlycerPump), and two others we cannot fully evaluate here: VasoDrive-AP and Nitrosigine.
L-citrulline and agmatine both convert in your body to substances that relax blood vessels, while glycerol draws fluid into muscle cells to support hydration and endurance. Malic acid and the two remaining actives round out the formula.
The powder also contains inactive ingredients—silicon dioxide, natural and artificial flavors, citric acid, sucralose, and acesulfame potassium—which serve as fillers, flavor, and sweeteners.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
The evidence for this product's ingredients is mixed and incomplete. L-citrulline is possibly effective for athletic performance, but data on cardiovascular disease and heart failure aren't solid enough to rate.
Agmatine has insufficient evidence to support its use for any of the conditions studied so far, including athletic performance, anxiety, and Alzheimer disease. Glycerol is possibly effective for athletic performance and likely effective for constipation, but shows likely ineffective results for stroke and meningitis.
Malic acid is possibly effective for dry mouth but lacks reliable evidence for conditions like fatigue and fibromyalgia. We have no effectiveness ratings on file for VasoDrive-AP or Nitrosigine, so we cannot tell you what those ingredients are meant to do.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
L-citrulline is generally well tolerated in healthy adults, though long-term safety isn't fully studied. The most common side effects are gastrointestinal—discomfort and heartburn—and a small number of people taking it for pulmonary hypertension reported cough.
Agmatine also appears well tolerated short-term, but long-term human safety is unknown; mild-to-moderate diarrhea and nausea occurred in a small number of trial participants within a few days. Malic acid seems well tolerated in food amounts, but supplement-dose safety is not well studied.
Glycerol can cause bloating, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and headache at larger doses. For pregnancy, the data advises against L-citrulline and agmatine—not enough safety information exists.
Malic acid is likely safe in pregnancy, but glycerol and the two unchecked ingredients have insufficient data, so talk with your doctor or pharmacist for personalized advice.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Before taking Vigor Blue Raspberry, double-check any blood pressure medications (antihypertensives) you're on—L-citrulline, agmatine, and malic acid may all add to their effect and drop your pressure too far (Moderate severity). Also check diabetes medications if you take them, since agmatine may lower blood sugar further.
If you use erectile dysfunction drugs like sildenafil, L-citrulline could amplify their blood-vessel-widening effects (Moderate severity). We could not check VasoDrive-AP or Nitrosigine for interactions.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
This supplement is geared toward athletes and people looking to support blood flow and endurance, but it carries real interactions with blood pressure and diabetes medications. If you're on any prescription, check it against your meds before starting.
The ingredients are generally well tolerated short-term, but long-term safety data is limited. Chat with your pharmacist to make sure it's right for you.

Vigor Blue Raspberry by Leviathan Wellness Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Vigor Blue Raspberry by Leviathan Wellness contains several ingredients that interact with common medications, so you'll want to check your prescriptions before starting.
The main concern is L-citrulline, which can lower blood pressure by widening blood vessels. If you take blood pressure medications (antihypertensives), L-citrulline may add to that effect and cause your pressure to drop too far—that's a Moderate severity interaction.
L-citrulline also interacts with erectile dysfunction drugs like sildenafil (PDE-5 inhibitors) in the same way, since both work by boosting nitric oxide and relaxation in blood vessels.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Agmatine sulfate, another active ingredient here, also carries Moderate interactions with blood pressure medications for similar reasons. Additionally, agmatine may increase the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) if you take diabetes medications.
Malic acid rounds out the blood pressure concern—theoretically it could have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs, though the human data is limited. Altogether, these interactions span 261 individual medications.
We could not check two ingredients in this product: VasoDrive-AP and Nitrosigine. Glycerol, the remaining active ingredient, has no interactions documented in our data—though that doesn't guarantee none exist.

For each ingredient in Vigor Blue Raspberry with known interactions, here are the types of medications they can affect. Open any type for the detail — or search your exact drug in the checker above.
Agmatine Sulfate
Antidiabetes Drugs
Theoretically, agmatine might increase the risk of hypoglycemia when taken with antidiabetes drugs.
Animal and in vitro research suggest that agmatine has mild hypoglycemic effects.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, agmatine might increase the risk of hypotension when taken with antihypertensive drugs.
Animal research suggests that agmatine can modestly decrease heart rate and blood pressure.
L-Citrulline
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, concomitant use of L-citrulline with antihypertensive drugs might have additive effects and increase the chance of hypotension.
L-citrulline is converted to L-arginine, which can increase nitric oxide and cause vasodilation. However, a meta-analysis of 5 small clinical studies suggests that taking L-citrulline 3-6 grams daily for 1-8 weeks does not lower blood pressure when compared with control.
Phosphodiesterase-5 Inhibitors
Theoretically, concurrent use of phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitors and L-citrulline might result in additive vasodilation.
L-citrulline is converted to L-arginine, which can increase nitric oxide and cause vasodilation. Theoretically, taking L-arginine with PDE-5 inhibitors might have additive vasodilatory and hypotensive effects. However, in studies evaluating the combined use of L-arginine and sildenafil for erectile dysfunction, hypotension was not reported.
Malic Acid
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, malic acid might increase the risk of hypotension when taken with antihypertensive drugs.
Animal research shows that malic acid isolated from tagetes roots can reduce mean arterial blood pressure.
