Clinical
This product is a medicated cloth containing witch hazel, an herbal extract typically used as a topical astringent and skin soother. It is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for this category of products rather than being individually reviewed. The cloth form is designed for convenient topical application to skin. Witch hazel is commonly used in products meant to temporarily tighten and refresh the skin.
