Diethylstilbestrol, Methyltestosterone falls under TESTOSTERONE — the group 7-methoxyflavone interacts with.

Tylosterone is a combo product that contains methyltestosterone (an androgen) plus diethylstilbestrol (a synthetic estrogen). The supplement 7-methoxyflavone is thought to block aromatase, the enzyme that turns testosterone into estrogen. If that holds true, less of your methyltestosterone would get converted away, leaving more active androgen in your body. In plain terms, that could nudge up the testosterone-related effects and side effects, like acne, oily skin, mood changes, fluid retention, or liver strain (oral androgens can be hard on the liver).
I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based only on lab data, not real human studies, and the supplement itself has weak evidence behind it. Before combining these, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
