Acetaminophen, Caffeine, Isometheptene falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme by 37%.

Here's the gist with Migralam (acetaminophen, caffeine, and isometheptene). Some Acacia rigidula products have been found to contain a hidden stimulant called BMPEA, and lab tests suggest it can partly block the CYP3A4 enzyme. Since your body uses that enzyme to help clear these drugs, blocking it could let their levels creep up a bit, possibly meaning more side effects.

On top of that, both Acacia rigidula and caffeine are stimulants, so stacking them could leave you jittery, with a racing heart, higher blood pressure, or trouble sleeping. Keep in mind this is theoretical and only based on lab work, not people. Still, given the safety concerns with this supplement, I'd run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Here's the thing about Migralam: it already contains two ingredients that nudge your heart and blood vessels. Caffeine is a stimulant, and isometheptene is a mild vasoconstrictor (it tightens blood vessels) that's often added to migraine combos. Acacia rigidula products may carry their own stimulant-like amines, and some have even been found spiked with an unapproved stimulant called BMPEA.

Stacking stimulants on top of stimulants is the concern here. Together they could add up to a faster heartbeat, jitteriness, higher blood pressure, or palpitations. To be fair, this warning is theoretical and based on how these compounds work, not on solid human studies. Still, I'd skip the acacia product and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
