Here's the thing to know about Isocom: one of its three ingredients, isometheptene, is itself a mild stimulant that tightens blood vessels to ease migraine pain. Acacia rigidula products often contain natural stimulant compounds (and sometimes an unapproved stimulant called BMPEA). Stacking two stimulant-type products can add up, and the concern here is mostly on your heart and blood vessels.

In real life that could mean a faster or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, or feeling lightheaded. To be clear, this warning is theoretical, based on how these ingredients work rather than strong human studies, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, since some Acacia products are unpredictable in what they actually contain, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.
