Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.

Here's the bigger picture with this combo. Your medicine pairs pseudoephedrine, a decongestant stimulant, with chlorpheniramine, a sedating antihistamine. The real worry isn't really the CYP3A4 lab note (that's based only on test-tube data and is uncertain). It's that Acacia rigidula products often contain stimulant-like amines, and some have even been found spiked with an unapproved stimulant called BMPEA.

Stacking those stimulants on top of pseudoephedrine could push your heart rate and blood pressure up, leave you jittery, anxious, or unable to sleep. If a product did slightly slow how you clear these drugs, you might feel those effects more strongly. I'd skip mixing them and check with your pharmacist or doctor first, especially if you have heart or blood pressure issues.

Here's the thing to keep in mind with this combo. Your medicine contains pseudoephedrine, which is itself a stimulant decongestant. Acacia rigidula products may contain natural amines (and sometimes hidden stimulant adulterants like BMPEA), so you'd essentially be stacking two stimulant effects on top of each other.

When you pile stimulants together, the worry is on your heart and blood pressure. You could see a faster or pounding heartbeat, a bump in blood pressure, jitteriness, or trouble sleeping. I'll be honest, this concern is theoretical and based on how these ingredients work, not on solid human studies. Still, given the safety questions around acacia rigidula products, I'd skip them and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
