Temsirolimus falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme by 37%.

Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear temsirolimus (Torisel) from your system. Some Acacia rigidula products have been found spiked with a stimulant called BMPEA, and in lab dishes that compound slowed CYP3A4 by about a third. If that happened in real life, your temsirolimus levels could creep up, which may mean stronger side effects like mouth sores, rash, low blood counts, high blood sugar, swelling, or feeling more tired and run down.

I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based only on test-tube data, not real patients. Still, since temsirolimus is a serious cancer drug, I'd skip Acacia rigidula entirely and check with your oncologist or pharmacist before adding any supplement.
