If you take aloe by mouth (not the gel you rub on your skin), it may nudge your blood sugar a little lower on its own. Ryzodeg already contains two insulins working together to bring your glucose down, so stacking oral aloe on top could push you further toward a low. That can show up as shakiness, sweating, a racing heart, dizziness, confusion, or feeling suddenly hungry.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: it is mostly early lab and small clinical hints, not strong proof, so this is more of a heads-up than a red alert. If you do add oral aloe, just check your sugars more often at first and loop in your doctor or pharmacist so your insulin can be adjusted if needed.
