Osilodrostat Phosphate falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Arsenic interacts with.

Arsenic trioxide can prolong the QT interval.
Up to 40% of patients treated with prescription arsenic trioxide have a prolonged QT interval on their electrocardiogram (ECG). Theoretically, non-prescription arsenic could have an additive effect when combined with drugs that prolong the QT interval.

Here's the concern with pairing arsenic and Isturisa (osilodrostat). Both can stretch out part of your heart's electrical cycle, something we call the QT interval. Osilodrostat is already known to do this on its own, and arsenic (the toxic inorganic kind) has the same effect. Stacking the two together could push that QT interval longer than either would alone, which in rare cases can trigger a dangerous, irregular heartbeat with symptoms like dizziness, fainting, or a racing heart.

The arsenic part of this is mostly theoretical for non-prescription products, but since osilodrostat is a known QT drug, I'd play it safe. There's no good reason to take arsenic anyway. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
