Buproprion, Dextromethorphan falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Bael interacts with.

Bael and its constituents marmelosin and marmesinin inhibited cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) activity in vitro. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. Theoretically, bael might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 include lovastatin (Mevacor), ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), fexofenadine (Allegra), triazolam (Halcion), and numerous others. Use bael cautiously or avoid in patients taking these drugs.

Auvelity is a combo of dextromethorphan and bupropion. Here the bupropion is actually doing double duty: it blocks the enzyme that normally clears dextromethorphan, which is what keeps dextromethorphan levels high enough to work. The interaction on file is different though. It says bael may gently slow down CYP3A4, a separate liver enzyme. CYP3A4 plays only a small role for these two drugs, so any real-world change is likely tiny.

If levels did edge up, you might notice more dizziness, jitteriness, dry mouth, or trouble sleeping. But this is based only on lab and test-tube data, not real patients, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Just mention bael to your pharmacist or doctor before using it regularly.
