Beet and Acetaminophen, Chlorzoxazone, Codeine

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.

Minor

CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES

Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Chlorzoxazone, Codeine

Acetaminophen, Chlorzoxazone, Codeine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Beet interacts with.

Theoretically, beet might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that beet induces CYP1A2 enzymes.
Severity Minor Likelihood Possible Evidence D

Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.

Dr. Brian Staiger explains PharmD, Clinical Pharmacist

Here's the honest picture: this is mostly a lab-bench finding, not something we see causing real problems in people. The idea is that beet might gently nudge a liver enzyme called CYP1A2 to work a little faster. If that happened, this combination pill (which pairs acetaminophen for pain, chlorzoxazone for muscle spasm, and codeine) could in theory clear a touch quicker, possibly making the muscle-relaxing and pain relief feel slightly weaker. The effect is rated minor and is based only on test-tube research.

One nuance: codeine is a prodrug that your body activates through a different enzyme (CYP2D6), so beet shouldn't change its pain effect much either way. Eating beets as food is very unlikely to matter. If you're using concentrated beetroot supplements, just mention it to your pharmacist.
