Dextroamphetamine Sulphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Berberine interacts with.

Theoretically, berberine might increase serum levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6.
In vitro research and preliminary clinical evidence show that berberine can inhibit CYP2D6. Theoretically, use of berberine with drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 might increase drug levels and increase the risk of adverse effects.

Here's the gist for these two. Berberine appears to slow down an enzyme in your liver called CYP2D6, which is one of the pathways your body uses to clear dextroamphetamine. If that pathway is partly blocked, your Dexedrine could hang around longer and build up, which may nudge up its usual effects, things like a faster or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, reduced appetite, or feeling on edge.

I'll be straight with you though: this is mostly theoretical, based on lab studies and limited human data, so it may not amount to much for many people. Still, since dextroamphetamine is a stimulant, it's worth running past your pharmacist or doctor before adding berberine, especially if you notice any new symptoms.
