Ephedrine Sulfate, Hydroxyzine, Theophylline falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.

Here's the thing to know about this combination product. It contains theophylline (a breathing medicine), ephedrine (a stimulant decongestant), and hydroxyzine (an antihistamine). All three can nudge your brain's seizure threshold a little lower, meaning seizures become slightly easier to trigger in people who are already prone to them. There is also a theory that EEG biofeedback (the kind that trains brainwave activity) might do the same thing in certain folks.

So in theory, pairing EEG biofeedback with this medicine could add up and raise seizure risk. Honestly, the evidence here is thin and mostly theoretical, so most people won't run into trouble. Still, if you have a seizure history, mention this to your doctor or pharmacist before starting biofeedback.
