Tramadol, Acetaminophen falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the gist for Tramacet (tramadol plus acetaminophen): the tramadol part is already known to lower the seizure threshold, meaning it can make a seizure slightly more likely, especially at higher doses or when mixed with other things that do the same. A specific type of biofeedback called EEG biofeedback (neurofeedback) has a theoretical concern that it too might nudge the seizure threshold down in certain people. Stacking the two could, in theory, add up.

I want to be honest that this is mostly a theoretical worry, not something seen often. Most biofeedback (muscle, heart rate, breathing) isn't the EEG kind and isn't the concern here. If you have a seizure history or use neurofeedback, just mention it to your doctor or pharmacist so they can keep an eye on things.
