Insulin Lispro Recombinant falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Black Mulberry interacts with.

Theoretically, black mulberry leaf might increase the risk of hypoglycemia when taken with antidiabetes drugs.
One small clinical study shows that black mulberry leaf extract has hypoglycemic effects. This is supported by in vitro research which also suggests that constituents in black mulberry twigs and leaves might have hypoglycemic effects.

Here's the gist for Humalog. Insulin lispro is a fast-acting insulin that lowers your blood sugar after meals. Concentrated black mulberry leaf extract may also nudge blood sugar downward, partly because of a compound called DNJ that slows how you absorb sugars. Stack the two together and the lowering effects could add up, raising your chance of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). That can show up as shakiness, sweating, a racing heart, confusion, or feeling lightheaded.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this is mostly theoretical, based on one small study and lab research, not strong proof. Eating mulberries as fruit is very unlikely to matter. A concentrated leaf extract is where I'd be more cautious. If you want to try one, check with your doctor or pharmacist first and keep an eye on your readings.
